Located deep in a Quebec forest, Grand-Pic Chalet is a striking black residence designed by Canadian firm Appareil Architecture. Made up of two structures, a main house and smaller matching cabin, they blend seamlessly with the surrounding terrain and are linked together by an outdoor cedar decking. The predominantly plywood interior features breathtakingly airy spaces and beautiful large windows revealing the beautiful forest outside, while the white kitchen and wood panelling adds further warmth and contrast. Spectacular in every way, this is my dream design for a holiday-home!
