We've had some gorgeous sunny days this week and I've even spotted some blossom trees while out and about. It's probably a bit premature to be getting excited about the onset of warmer weather in our part of the world, but I have made a start on some spring cleaning. This beautiful interior design project is spurring me on! Light and airy, it is completely void of clutter. With an enviable curation of furniture and lighting, the light beige coloured walls provide a warm backdrop, while the black feature wall in the kitchen and dark graphic rug in the living room provide contrast and depth.
I also love how the square tiles in the kitchen provide a graphic touch, framing and accentuating the beautiful big windows. The large timber dining table grounds the space, while woven and leather chairs add further texture and warmth.
When executed well, warm minimalism is so inspiring.
