Oscar Properties latest residential complex is the impressive 79 & Park in Stockholm. Designed by Danish architect Bjarke Ingels, with interior design by Lotta Agaton Interiors, here's a look inside the stunning viewing apartment.

The New York inspired apartments feature huge, floor to ceiling windows, and exposed pillars and beams. The industrial rawness reminiscent of turn-of-the-century properties in Soho and Brooklyn is softened with a warm material palette that blends wood elements with textural finishes. The viewing apartment is beautifully styled with iconic furniture and lighting designs, sculptural ceramics, and striking artworks. I love the graphic effect of the Zanotta Quaderna desk by Superstudio in the office nook. The Taccia table lamp by Flos never fails to impress.

Elegant and welcoming, the living room features the low level Plana coffee table by Charlotte Perriand and rounded Piero Lissoni Confident Armchairs by Living Divani

The exquisite PK 24 Chaise lounge chair by Poul Kjærholm sits alongside the NK Utö side table by Axel Einar Hjorth. Many of the beautiful ceramic pieces and books are from Dusty Deco, a Stockholm-based store that sells eclectic treasures sourced from around the world.
