Located in southern Sweden, this newly built contemporary home would be a dream holiday destination or weekend retreat. Simple yet functional, the interior palette of timber and concrete is warm yet robust. Filled with light, the spacious open-plan living areas open up to the outside, providing an easy, indoor-outdoor flow.
One of my favourite elements is the wood panelling in the bedroom. Providing a warm and striking feature behind the bed, the simple wall lamps are by Danish brand Vipp. The ensuite's Italian tiled walls and flooring provides further texture, and the walk-in wardrobe is perfection.
