It's not the first time I have admired the work of Swedish firm Oscar Properties, but this project is one of my favourites to date. Founded in 2014, the company's vision to create modern homes that are unique has certainly been realised with Lyceum, a building that was one part of the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. A incredible conversion it will see the creation of about 70 apartments, all with beautiful high ceilings, large windows and bespoke kitchens. Elegant and timeless with a true Scandinavian aesthetic, if this show apartment is anything to go by, the future owners will be enjoying a very stylish and restful space.
