After going flat-tack all week I'm in much needed catch up mode today. I'm even sneaking in some household chores usually reserved for when the kids go to bed. The mountain of washing could not be ignored. With my nose down in admin, thinking that I would have to put the blog aside today, something caught my eye and I just have to share.
Alphabeta is new lamp by Italian designer Luca Nichetto, for Scandinavian design brand Hem. Featuring spun-steel shades that come in a range of shapes and colours, they combine clever design with great aesthetics. Used in pairs to direct light up and down from the source, when displayed in groups the shades allow for a vast number of possible combinations. Just like letters in the alphabet.
Styling by Lotta Agaton and photography by Mikkel Mortensen
I'm absolutely loving the fresh Scandinavian styling by Lotta Agaton, captured beautifully by Mikkel Mortensen. Visit Hem to find out more.
Right, back to the boring jobs now.
Happy Thursday!
