After a big weekend of family celebrations I felt that a moodboard was in order today. I find the process of curating imagery quite cathartic, especially when the theme is relevant to what I'm currently loving. Texture is key, but I also want the images to talk to one another. That way it appears effortless, although secretly it's not as easy as it looks. Gravitating once again owards those beiges, caramels and greys, we're also seeing a lot of rust and burnished hues right now and I love how these colours look together. In addition to natural materials like wood, leather and stone, suede is also on my mind with furniture, shoes and even smaller accessories like these suede covered boxes by Michaël Verheyden.
